As part of our global expansion plans, Xendle is now available from four geographical data centres located in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and North America. Customers around the world can now choose where they want to manage their information, based on geographic location or certain data sovereignty requirements.

We want to lead the new Cloud ECM and Collaboration market with the highest performing and most scalable platform available. This means that we need to be much closer to the action, and in doing so, we will be able to comply with localised regulatory and compliance requirements for data security and storage.

Our regional deployments are templated and based on extensive testing and tuning of individual components. This, coupled with Xendle’s native use of advanced cloud services, has allowed us to deliver a consistent Xendle experience irrespective of the geographic locations, both now and in the future.

Xendle is a Cloud-based platform that solves the problem of managing the explosive growth of both traditional and emerging information covering documents, files, and social content. It includes secure file sharing and team collaboration which allows information users to work the way they want, from any location.

Purpose built for the cloud, Xendle is re-imagining the ECM and Collaboration market by removing the usual complexities of expensive legacy platforms that typically prevent wide user adoption. We provide new ways of working by integrating business-grade file sharing and team collaboration with new ECM that manages all forms of information through a complete lifecycle and beyond. This is often overlooked by consumer grade business collaboration apps and only leads to further information chaos. With Xendle, all your information resides in one place, easily accessible to everyone who needs it.

To respond to growing concerns and regulatory requirements over sovereignty of data in the Cloud age, we provide customers with very granular control over the physical locations of their documents. For example, a customer in the Netherlands accessing our European data centre can choose to store their information on their preferred local network or storage provider. Taking this further, a global business could store all their data in our North Amercian data centre but highly confidential information, such as legal documents, could reside locally in their London office.

Our optional Storage Manager provides a hybrid approach to data management by marrying the convenience of the Cloud with customer specific information storage needs, while making finding information completely transparent to users. Users only need to search for what they need and it’s there in an instant. It’s all about giving our customers the flexibility they need.

Global expansion is a priority for Xendle as we grow a strong channel of resellers and partners, so you can expect to see more data centres in other regions soon.
