Visitors to the Site may request a Xendle representative or Reseller to demonstrate our Services. The Visitor will provide the following information;

Xendle demonstrations may be in person or via a third party web based online service. Personal information collected via this contact form will be used for the purposes of responding to the Visitors request. Visitors and Customers may subscribe to Newsletters and Blogs to receive regular information on our Services and offerings. The Visitor or Customer will provide the following information;

Subscribers to our Newsletters will receive regular information on our services and offerings. If the Customer does not want to receive any further information, you can choose to Opt-out using the process described in our Opt-Out procedure.

Social Media Widgets
Our Site includes “social media features” and “widgets” such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These features and widgets may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable them to function properly. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features and widgets are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them.

Linked Sites
For your convenience, some hyperlinks may be posted on the Site that link to other websites not under the control of Xendle. We are not responsible for these other websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those sites. Mobility Applications
If you download or use our mobile applications or other Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, the operating system version and the device identifier.

In our mobile applications, use of the upload functionality requires access to the photo album of the device. Applications developed for the Apple iOS require location services to be enabled for access to be granted. Xendle does not collect or store your geo-location information. If you do not wish to enable location services in our mobile applications, you may use the application without the upload functionality or discontinue the use of the mobile application altogether. We do not use any tracking technologies or mobile analytics software within our mobile applications.

Customer Services
Customers may provide certain information to Xendle to help us reply to a contact or service request. Any information that you decide to provide to us will be retained as long as your account is active. Information provided while assisting in a support request may be retained longer and incorporated into the technical knowledge database and other platforms used in providing technical assistance, product improvements and ongoing product development.

Information Contained in the Content and Metadata Uploaded to Xendle’ s Platform
Xendle Customers using our Services may upload their Customer Content to the Xendle platform or other Xendle Services which may contain the Personal Information of individuals with whom Xendle has no direct relationship. All such Customer Content is under the control of the applicable Xendle Customer and the Customer is ultimately responsible to the individuals whose Personal Information it processes using service providers such as Xendle.

Metadata may contain information such as; Document and File identifiers and indexing data, user profile information including but not limited to user name, contact details, email address, passwords and profile picture. The structure and amount of metadata associated with documents , users and other objects stored in Xendle is controlled by configuration settings of the Xendle platform which is performed by Customer or customers authorized party.

Information We Collect From Other Sources
We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, we may collect information about you from third parties, including but not limited to identity verification services, credit bureaus, mailing list providers and publicly available sources.

If you provide Xendle with incomplete or inaccurate information or decline to provide your personal information to Xendle, Xendle may not be able to provide its Services to you and may not be responsible for the data that you do provide.

USE OF INFORMATION

We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve our Services;
  • Provide and deliver the products and services you request, process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices;
