Welcome to Xendle – our labour of love for a few years, and what we believe is the best content and document management platform in the market.

We know it’s a big claim. There are hundreds of productivity and content management platforms in the market, worldwide. However, we believe Xendle is different and we would like to tell you why.

A multi-billion dollar industry, the document management and content and collaboration sector, has failed to help businesses get on top of the information overload problem. The technology giants have turned the business content world into a problem that cannot be fixed. Content management needs a drastic overhaul.

We started by looking at the most effective ways for people at any level within a business to easily store, find and share documents within a department or across an organisation. Our software team then moved to figure out how to make it easy to collaborate on any file or piece of information.

We decided folders, sub-folders, old-school document management systems, and anything that slowed down a fast workflow process had to be eliminated.

In place of folders, we created a simple drag and drop feature that instantly classifies and tags any document or task that is created. We built advanced search features that ensure any document that you need is discovered straight away. We then worked out that every user on our platform needed to be able to communicate with each other, via task and notification sharing.

And we rounded out the platform by making it easy to share tasks and projects within and outside of the business.

People at work everyday spend hours trying to keep track of the information they are creating, processing and sharing. It’s a money-losing proposition to have employees looking for the right version of the document. The business world needs and wants change.

People want a content system that enables them to work quickly, and without being dragged down by the inadequate technology that governs them. The cornerstone of any business is the way they work, and the content that they handle everyday.
